Small Diamond Teams

Our goal for 10u-12u teams is to develop and prepare them to transition from a little league sized field to the big diamond. We focus on properly developing and strengthening our players fundamentals and skill sets; as well as improving each player's baseball IQ. We believe in a strong conversational coaching approach to create a working relationship between player and coach which helps open the door to true growth. The main pillar of our coaching philosophy is training the mentality of these young players. Baseball is a game of failure where getting a hit 3 out of 10 times (.300) is considered successful. Players will be faced with failure throughout their baseball careers, so a strong mental makeup will be key to each players growth and development now and in the future.
