Program Overview/Philosophy

Vikings Culture & Atmosphere

Our unique culture and atmosphere is what makes the Vikings Baseball Program the top character building program around. Continually acknowledged for producing the most responsible, well rounded, and talented student-athletes in the New England area by high school & college coaches and teachers. We focus on associating ourselves with quality people from our coaching staff, to our players and parents. Our positive, high energy atmosphere molds our players to focus on the things they can control. We also put an emphasis on strengthening both our players' physical and mental skill sets. Our players' mental toughness is expanded on to deal with failure while building our players self esteem and team first approach.

On top of our Program Director Marc Crovo attending all the team practices and meetings, we hire 2-3 professional coaches per team. Our coaching staff has 0 parent involvement from top to bottom. This separates us from all our competitors and creates a pure and clean atmosphere which is best for player growth and learning. This dynamic is a huge advantage for our players, and guarantees our coaches display the highest integrity and zero bias.

We have always and will continue to promote, and encourage multi-sport athletes to join our program. We have two major policies in place that support this:

  • VikeFace_NoBG
During our seasons, if you miss one of your teams practice (due to an in-season sport, game/practice) you are encouraged to attend any other team in the programs practice (that better fits your schedule) to make up for the missed reps.
  • VikeFace_NoBG
Our Vikings Winter Workouts display a variable schedule from week to week, the night or day and time of the practices change allowing it to better fit your fixed in-season sport schedule.
