To accommodate more players we hold tryouts on multiple dates. Each tryout session is staffed with plenty of Vikings coaches to run a smooth and efficient day. We do not require players to make every tryout session, however 2 sessions are preferred if possible.

How we work:

We will not make decisions on players or rosters until we have allowed all players to participate in tryouts. After all tryouts are completed we compile our data and get to work! We aim to have all Roster Spot Offers out within 7 to 10 days of the last tryout. We do not force players to decide if they will take that offer right away, we do not believe in the 24 hour “under the gun” rule that most programs have today. We want the players and the families to ask questions and make an informed and educated decision that is best for them!

We associate ourselves with great people, our program is nearly 100% referral based. Great families is much more important to us than great talent. That is the criteria that we use when recruiting our players, adding parents and coaches. We have stability within our coaching staff, as you saw on our staff page...these guys have almost all been with us and are now mostly entering their 8th, 9th, & 10th years with the program. Continuity matters!

Our Instruction & Staff

We have zero parent involvement in our program! Which means our process is pure and clean. Players earn everything. No Politics!

  • EVERY PLAYER & EACH TEAM HAS THEIR OWN GOOGLE FOLDER, Each Individual Vikings Player Google Folder can be accessed & edited by that specific player, their parents, and coaches. The TEAM google folders can be accessed by all the players on that specific age group as well as the coaching staff for that age group.
  • Each Vikings Team has a MINIMUM OF 3 PROFESSIONAL COACHES PER TEAM & OUR PROGRAM DIRECTOR ATTENDING ALL TEAM PRACTICES AS WELL!
  • Our instruction is top notch, we fully understand that games are won and lost in the clubhouse and on the practice field.
  • Emphasis on purpose, preparation and routine.
  • Coaches COACH in PRACTICE & MANAGE on GAME DAYS.
  • 3-4 coaches per practice - Director Marc Crovo is available at all practices and meetings. No other program provides that. Greg Crovo is on board for his 2nd year with a full time role in administration, player development, college coaches relationships and parents/players/coaches training etc.
